These terms cover browsing this site and requesting a takeaway order through it.
01What this site is for
This site presents the menus of Restaurant Le Duc and lets you request a takeaway order. It does not take table bookings.
02Orders are requests
Sending the form does not yet commit the restaurant. An order is firm only once confirmed by telephone. We may decline or adjust a request, in particular according to the day's deliveries and how busy the kitchen is.
03Prices
Prices shown are those of the printed menu, in Tunisian dinars, service included. The total shown when ordering is indicative and is confirmed on the call. Some items are served without a printed price and are quoted on request.
04Availability
The menus are published in good faith. A dish may be unavailable depending on the season, the delivery or the time of day.
05Catering
Catering is not priced online. It is quoted per event, according to the number of guests and the menu chosen.
06Site content
The text, the visual identity, the emblem and the photographs on this site belong to Restaurant Le Duc and may not be reproduced without permission.
