This page sets out the only data this site collects, why it collects it and how long it is kept.
01What we collect
The site asks for personal data in one place only: the takeaway order form. It collects your name, your telephone number, the pickup time you want, the items ordered and, if you write one, your note to the kitchen. Browsing the menus requires no data and no account.
02Why
This information is used only to prepare your order and to call you back to confirm it. The telephone number is essential: an order is only held once we have confirmed it by phone.
03What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not pass it to commercial partners. We do not add you to any mailing list on the strength of an order, and the site carries no advertising.
04How long it is kept
Orders are kept for as long as the service and the restaurant's accounts require, then deleted.
05Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@restoleduc.com or calling +216 98 303 534. Quote the order reference, which is shown on screen once the form is sent.
06Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Its technical logs may hold your IP address briefly, as on any website, for security and diagnostics.
